Shipping Within Australia
We are delighted to offer fast & FREE shipping Australian-wide on all orders. We typically ship via Australia Post.
Dispatch & Fulfilment
All orders will be dispatched within 1 business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within the following timeframes:
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Canberra (metro): 2-3 business days
- Perth & Adelaide metro, NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT regional: 5-7 business days
- TAS, NT and regional WA, SA: 7-10 days
Please note that these are estimates provided by the couriers and delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.
Shipping Exclusions
We currently ship to all Australian states and territories except for Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, the Cocos (Keeling) Islands, and the Australian Antarctic Territory.
Shipping to New Zealand
Yes, we ship to our friends in New Zealand!
Delivery to New Zealand typically takes between 7 – 14 business days. As shipping to New Zealand is not free, please contact us at hello@pupsafari.com.au with your delivery address before placing your order to receive an accurate shipping quote.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel’s journey by clicking the link in the email or by entering the tracking number on the Australia Post website.

How do I track my order?
Simply use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email, which you will receive as soon as your order has been dispatched.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If you have made a mistake, please email us immediately at hello@pupsafari.com.au. We will do our best to update your details, but if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
My order hasn't arrived within the estimated time. What should I do?
First, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email for the latest updates. Sometimes parcels can be delayed or taken to a local post office for collection. If the tracking information is unclear or your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@pupsafari.com.au and we will assist you.
