We are confident that our dog car seats will make car rides safer and more enjoyable for your pup. That’s why we offer a 90-day risk-free trial.
You and your dog have 90 days from the date of delivery to try out the Pup Safari Dog Car Seats. If, for any reason, you or your furry co-pilot are not completely satisfied with our dog car seats, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund - and we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
To be eligible for a return under this guarantee, the item must include all its original components.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the dog car seat is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In these cases as well, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@pupsafari.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate any return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to hello@pupsafari.com.au with your full name and order number. Please state the reason for your return (e.g., “90-Day Guarantee” or “Faulty Item”).
- Receive Instructions: We’ll reply with detailed instructions on how to proceed and send you a prepaid postage label, so you can easily send the item back to us at no cost.
- Package Your Item & Return: Please pack the item securely, including all original components and send back to us.
Refund
Once we’ve received and checked your returned item, we’ll send you an email confirming that your return has been processed. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take a little additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
